Less than 24 hours = 

Non-transferable. Non-refundable. Appointment charged in full.

Less than 72 hours =

Transferable if rebooked within 7 days of the original booking.

A second cancellation of any rescheduled appointment will be charged in full. Non-refundable.

More than 72 hours = 

Transferrable. Fully refundable.

*All cancellations must be sent to 07875 222707 via text or WhatsApp. (Please do not send cancellations via email, Messenger, Instagram or Facebook as these channels are not continuously monitored).*

All sessions must be paid for in advance at the time of booking. This will allow the cancellation policy to be implemented and adhered to effectively.
